A one off admin fee plus the first quarterly maintenance charge are payable in advance for each machine installed on our “FREE LOAN” contracts.



See the chart below to calculate how much the cost of a refurbished system would be.  All prices plus VAT.



Example, if you choose a medium sized colour copier-printer this would be “Type B” which means you would be paying a one off administration fee of £295.00 plus a quarterly maintenance charge of £60.00 (Which includes the first 6000 copies/prints per quarter free of charge).
